Sarda Metals & Alloys Limited

has taken up a Greenfield Ferro Alloys plant near Visakhapatnam. 281 acres of land has already been acquired from APIIC. In the first phase, it is putting up a 2 x 33 MVA Furnaces backed by captive thermal power plant of 80 MW capacity. Orders for long delivery items including Turbine, Boiler & Furnaces have been placed. The work for the installation of the plant is progressing as per schedule. The project is expected to be completed in first quarter of financial year 2012-13.

Parvatiya Power Ltd

was incorporated for implementation of hydro power plants. Presently, 4.8 MW Loharkhet Hydro Power Project has been installed and commissioned in February 2008. The Project is located near village Munar of Bageshwar district in the state of Uttaranchal. It is a run-of-the-river scheme for power generation by exploiting potential of Sarju River, a tributary of Kali Ganga River.The project was funded by IDFC and Union Bank of India. The plant is supplying electricity to Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited. The project is making profit since first year of its operation.

is implementing 96 MW Rongnichu Hydro Power Project in East Sikkim on Rongnichu river near Gangtok. The project is close to State Highway NH31A. Financial closure for the project has been achieved. Power Finance Corporation Ltd. is the Lead financial Institution of the Company. Civil construction works is in progress. The contracts for Hydro Mechanical & Electro Mechanical works will be awarded by the end of April 2011 & May 2011. The plant is expected to start commercial operations in financial year 2015.

is a Limited Liability Partnership formed under Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 consequent to conversion of Chhattisgarh Hydro Power Private Limited (CHPPL). CHPPL was incorporated in the year 2005 with main object of implementation of hydro power projects. Mr. K.K. Sarda and Late Mr. Pramod Kumar Agarwal were the promoter directors of this Company. The Company had identified some very promising hydro power project sites in the state of Chhattisgarh. The total potential of the project allotted to the Group in the state of Chhattisgarh is 110 MW. CHPPL was converted into Limited Liability Partnership on September, 17 2010. Mr. K.K. Sarda and Mr. Pankaj Sarda (Nominee of Agriculture Properties Pvt. Ltd., ) are the Designated Partners of the LLP
